At DK Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a book doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your DK Books account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
